PROJECT
The project motto, "Quality Education for masses" was an inspirational leitmotif
for Dr. Alexander Bell, the architect of this project and its lead developer.
Alexander dedicated a great deal of his creative efforts to various aspect
of public education with emphasis on educational technologies,
considering them to be a locomotive of humanitarian progress.

Alex is well known to the Scientific/Engineering communities in the US and worlwide.
He authoted 37 inventions and 100+ hi-tech articles, 9 of them awarded with "Best Design Idea"
title by EDN and Electronic Design Magazines.
Alex was a pioneer of Internet technologies, deeply involved in every
aspect of web design/development. He holds PhD and MS with major in EE/IT.
